Holloway & Finch was founded with one intention — to make specialty coffee worth slowing down for.

It started simply. A love of coffee, time spent behind the bar as a barista, and a feeling that something was missing — a brand that reflected the quiet character of the Surrey Hills rather than the noise of the city.

Rooted in the countryside we call home, every blend takes its name from a town or place in the Surrey Hills that means something to us. Shere, Alfold, Winterfold — names that carry a sense of place, and coffee that tries to do the same. More will follow.

We source responsibly, roast in small batches, and pay attention to the details that most people skip. We're a small operation, and we think that's a strength. Every bag leaves with our full attention on it — no shortcuts, no bulk roasting, no compromise.

Good coffee shouldn't be complicated. It should just be done properly.
